When was the last time you walked in to the office, saw a box of Quality Street chocolates on the desk, opened it and found Quality Streret chocolate inside?
It's ALWAYS somebody's friggin' home made cakes.

If there are chocolates, That's it what needs to be counted and especially they are home made means they are made just for U.
So what if you didn't get Quality Street Chocolates.
Its the gesture the other person thinks healthy & good about you and wants to give a personal touch.
Anyways, if you let the other person know that you love Quality Street Chocolates and the chocolate he / she sent tasted quiet like Quality Street. I am sure the other person will try to get Quality Street next time or may be thereafter.

At least it wasn't Quality Street chocolates with a bite taken out of each of them.
Just trying to look at the positive. It's like when someone gave me a Christmas gift in a Jcrew box, and it was a box of Suave products inside. I feel your pain.

We're more Roses that Quality Street, but there's always choccies in the box. We have a very well stocked munchie stash in our little corner of the building :o)
There is a tupperware box with some of my home-made bread pudding in it if you want a slice.

I dont work in an office I work from home so I know where the quality streets are kept

at least you got food, last time i did that i found a dirty pair of underwear that someone left in one of the empty rooms, needless to say i now never open packages left in the office any more!

i have once but only cause i found the chocolates in the delivery so i knew they were in the office and weren't cakes! xx

Actually we do get the goods in my office, that is about the one thing I can't complain about...unless you want to get me going on how those women must be conspiring to make me fat.....damnit!
