Live life to the fullest. You never know what is going to happen tomorrow.

We all know at some point we're going to defecate, and it's never pretty, I hope. We could stop eating to prevent this, but that's just plain stupid. The same applies to our own eventual deaths. We could stop living our lives to the fullest to prevent some untimely death, but again that would just be plain stupid.
In much the same way that you shouldn't be obsessing over the next time you'll need to void your bowel, you shouldn't obsess with when you're going to die. Don't worry about it, it's going to happen when it's going to happen. If you don't want a bad trip to the bathroom, be careful with what you eat. If you don't want a bad trip to the dirt farm, be careful with how you live your life.
Of course, maybe that's a bad analogy.
That's my two cents for ya.

It is true that eventually every one has to leave this world. It is not in our hands. Some young ones die of accident or of uncurable ailments while the old and bedridden though are eager to die, live to suffer.

Despite this, one should not be pessimist. Life is bestowed to us and we should live life in such a manner that we are happy rather than suffer from our wrong deeds. We have also to strive to earn declently to maintain ujs.

You don't reconcile with this idea, because it is not an idea. It is fact that we are going to die.
