I truly believe anything is possible. I have seen several peopel start a dance school while having a family all at once and even though it might have its challeneges.. i.e. not being able to spend enough time together with your children/ husband/ or wife, it also has many perks. I believe if it's soemthing you've thought of long enough and have your heart set on, you should go for it. Follow your heart. Good luck and keep your head up.

I will give you a little bit of what I did. I taught dance for a studio while I started my family, I had 2 children. I was able to teach and do what I loved doing, working with the children at the dance studio, and still have time to be a mom with all that it entails. Then I opened my own studio when my youngest was in preschool........then after a year I got pregnant with our 3rd baby (unplanned). I ran the studio full time, went through pregnancy teaching every night up until I delivered, then was back at the studio teaching with my 2 week old son in my arms, and in a bassinet, or play pen, or in a student's mom's arms.......you get the picture. I would even nurse him between classes and have a student teacher warm up a class for me until I could get in and finish the class. I still was able to keep the business going, and actually growing during this time. My student base almost doubled. I still poured my heart into teaching, and still gave every second I had to my family. Was it hard? Extremely!! It was exhausting and stressful and demanding...but I lived through it and have some wonderful memories of it. Looking back on it (5 yrs ago now)-would I do it again? No, I wouldn't purposely do it. My family got shoved to the side, especially when there was a competition, performance or recital. My older kids had to rely on Dad for everything since Mom was always teaching a class. I can see it was hard on my family. But it also taught us to work together as a team and not rely on Mom for everything, my older kids are very independent and resourceful because of it.
My advice: Take it slowly. If you want to start a business, keep it small. You are in control of how many classes you teach. Choose to only teach on 2 nights a week or only on Saturdays. Just realize how much time you will really put into it, and ask yourself if it is worth the sacrifice.
Or just do what I did and teach a couple of classes a week for someone else and don't have the stress and demand of the "business" side of it!

OF COURSE NOT: Having a child is the most labor intensive and difficult life change that there is (besides getting 'religion' in the from of Jesus Christ and becoming a Christian).
I have experienced both and to start a business during and after pregnancy is sheer idiocy.
In brief NO, DO NOT START a dance shcool.

It's your choice but I would say no. I would wait a year or two but like I said, it is compleatly up to you and your husband. Talk it over. If it was up to me i'd say no. You'd be too busy to look after your kids properly.

No my dear, i don't think about it at all. But It's all deepens on individual, that is your husband and you, if you husband will like that no problem, but if your husband will not like that please it is not possible to think about it at all because is not an easy course to read or complete. if care is not taking it might break a home.
