I'd like to know the place of religion in Victorian England. What was the main religion, how did they treat other sects and women? What were their views on social class and poverty? Any useful sites would be appreciated, thanks.

For a start 18th century England and Victorian England are not the same. The 18th century = 1700-1799*, Victorian England = reign of Queen Victoria 1837 -1901. So if you would like to say which are you actually mean, I'll give you some answers.

* OK, pedants, or 1701-1800.
