As long as they can read it easily it doesn't matter what kind of handwriting. If they can't read your writing, no points. I know.

It depends on the subject of the question paper that you are answering. For example, in a paper on math or physics or chemistry, as long as your handwriting is clear enough to read the words and numerals used, even if the formation of the words is not proper or there are spelling errors, it would not matter.
In subjects such as English or other languages, it would make a poor impression on the examiners if your answers are not legible or abound in spelling mistakes (such as in 'fusy' and 'examinors' which you have used in your question). This does create a negative bias towards their valuation. One need not be a calligrapher while answering an exam paper but legibility, clear spelling, proper grammar and usage are qualities that help an examiner to check and evaluate an answer paper without having to read the answers a second or third time.
Please remember that an examiner has little time at his disposal for correction of answer papers, and if you make him/her read your answers a second time due to poor handwriting etc., even if your answers be correct, he may tend to award a slightly lesser mark.
It is also possible that the University or Board that conducts an examination, has definite rules on quality of handwriting which an examiner has to bear in mind. Only one who is selected an examiner could clarify this issue!

Yes, it reminds them of the ugly teachers who bullied them for handwriting in their childhood. It does also expose their inefficiency in improving student's handwritting! You have one reason to be proud of! Doctors too have illegible writing! Best luck, young doctor!

no, not at all unless it is unreadable or irritates the examiner from smooth reading inspite of his or hers best attempt.
