you really aren't suppose to eat that stuff you know, it was invented back in the olden days to repair the cracks in bathroom tile

So to make a long story short a friend of mine and her four young kids moved in with me recently. I bought all kinds of hot cereal for breakfast including Cream of Wheat of course. I got it home and cooked it up all the while telling the kids how good Cream of Wheat was and how good it was for you..my mom used to feed this to me..you get the idea. I dished it up, sat down, took a bite and the first thing I said was, "YUCK!!" We're now involved in a mad scramble to make the stuff taste better and get the kids to eat the four boxes we have in the cupboard.
PS Did you know that you can make fish cakes out of Cream of Wheat? Yeah! Tex/Mex casserole too!
