It means you must pick a best answer to some of them, ya got to go through them or the answering commity picks a best answer if you just leave them alone.

No, you're not on the black list. lol It means that you have some open questions that they're prompting you to choose best answer for. Usually. You can either let it go & let them go to vote, or you can follow the link to something you might have missed & choose for yourself.
