what is this feeling:
when u rub ur hands on ur abdomen where the female system is, you can sometimes feel like a lump or something. are those the ovaries?

If you are feeling in the space near your pubic line that is where your female organs are. The area right in the center of that section is your uterus, and then to the sides of the uterus are the fallopian tubes and ovaries. If you go too far to the left or right you have just felt your hip bones.
When I was trying to find out what was wrong with me ten years ago one of the first symptoms I noticed was that it felt like my uterus and ovaries were going to jump out of my skin because of how bad the pain was. Turned out I had endometriosis.
I would recommend checking with your dr to be on the safe side, especially if you feel like there is an actual lump there.
