Soon to be released www.spiralfrog.com should be a good site - all songs are free and the site is supported by advertising. Don't quote me on the "good" bit. The you could use for a small fee the site called www.allofmp3.com - something like $0.09 per song. Then you could use google search and type in a huge string, such as this:
http://www.google.com/search?q=-inurl%3A(htm%7Chtml%7Cphp)+intitle%3A%22index+of%22+%2B%22last+modified%22+%2B%22parent+directory%22+%2Bdescription+%2Bsize+%2B(wma%7Cmp3%7Cogg)+"+"
and put your search terms between the brackets with each word separated by a plus sign. Happy hunting.

Umm..Blubster is what I use and I've been thrilled with it. Are you looking for something that isn't file sharing? Yahoo Music offers downloads also, at $1.99 a song I believe.
