ok i put my hands up i thought it was bob zmuda but he was the us founder. richard curtis was indeed the original founder and he is british.so whoever put r c first gets the points

I was under the impression it was lenny henry and his beautiful wife dawn french. However upon further reaserch it does appear to be Richard Curtis.

Wikipedia got it wrong, it said he was Australian, but further reading tells me he was born in New Zealand to Australian parents. My apologies.
