I would say yes. The salad itself (with chicken) only has 220 calories. It's the dressing that's included that could get you in trouble. The caesar dressing has almost 200 calories alone. Instead, you could ask for the low fat Italian dressing or Sesame Ginger dressing, each of which only have 60 calories. Even better, the low fat Balsamic Vinaigrette only has 40 calories in a packet.

I am sure that the salad itself is very healthy when it is fresh. Just be careful when you add all of the other stuff like the croutons and the dressings. Unfortunately they taste the best but the add way too many calories.

When almond flavor (benzaldehyde) is derived from natural sources, such as peach and apricot pits, it contains traces of hydrogen cyanide, a deadly poison. Benzaldehyde derived through a different process -- by mixing oil of clove and the banana flavor, amyl acetate -- does not contain any cyanide. Nevertheless, it is legally considered an artificial flavor and sells at a much lower price. Natural and artifical flavors are now manufatured at the same chemical plants, places that few people would associate with Mother Nature. Calling any of these flavors "natural" requires a flexible attitude toward the English language and a fair amount of irony...
The phrase "natural flavor" is now listed among the ingredients of everything from Stonyfield Farm Organic Strawberry Yogurt to Taco Bell Hot Taco Sauce.

McDonalds and healthy never go together. Even if they sold you a carrot, they would have somehow found a way to make it bad for your body.
You'd be better off picking up a salad at the grocery store deli.

Yes. Drink milk, orange juice, or water with it.
McDonalds is just as healthy as your average restaurant. The least healthy thing there is the soda (or the beer if you're in Europe). It's made with real vegetables and all.

Here is a site to watch this film called Super Size me. It is quite long and I really do not care for the site and all its ads but the film is interesting and will make you think twice about dining at McDonald's more often then a few times a year.

No. Even their "healthiest choices" have wayyy more fat and cholesterol than your own DIY salad(provided you cut down the dressing)! My advice? Make your own salad and stay away from all salad choices at fast food eateries. Takes a bit more time but it's better for your health. :)
