i keep pulling my hamstring at my football practices. how can i stop it?

Definately stretch before work outs, but to get rid of it faster, try to ice it down after it happens, then give it some time to heal it's self, maybe a few hours to a day, then soak it in warm water. Baths are the best option for that.
