Just thinking of it means that I won't be turning it on in the first place. Lacking musical intonation (and a decent song), to be defined as 'singers' is debatable. The air waves are more like the ripples on a stagnant pond that has just had something unseemly dumped in it.

I just had to give a thumbs up to nearly all the previous answers cos I agree so much...all the manufactured bands, RnB, Take That, KT Tunstall (especially the one about the black horse and the cherry tree), Celine Dion.
But also...Justin Timberlake, Rachel Stevens (though I guess she's part of the manufactured bands).
These days I only listen to 2 radio stations, and they're at opposite ends of the spectrum: BBC Radio2 and Kerrang!

In today's throw away culture todays pop idols will be tomorrows fallen idols. Hopefully those loons 'Boys Own' will fall off of their pedestal very soon.
