This is such a middle eastern question...
Nothing affects height except your genes, you can stop yourself from growing taller or decrease your height growth by excessive sugar consumption. Otherwise you can't do anything to grow taller.

If you want to do something about your height, theres not that much you can do other than improve your posture which will make you stand straighter and therefore look taller.

Pilates and Yoga might be good for this, perhaps also some of the weights machines for the back. Also the Alexander technique (not an excersie but more a way of sitting, walking, etc) is good for posture and could help you stand taller.

Try pull ups for the next 5 years . Bigger chest and your body will strech.

If you squat with too much weight it could distort your vertebrae and make you shorter.
