This is a sticky situation for a guy. They are at the mercy of the girls' reaction to it under the age of 18.

It the States it typically 16 and some states it's 15 to legally give consent if they're both minors.
However a guy just went to jail cuz he videotaped a girl willingly giving him oral sex. They were both under 18. Either way, use a condom and dont video tape anything.

nothing is illegal until you're caught.
