I got the pins out and stuff but how do you wrap the string around the coil?

Coil? Are you talking about the keys at the top where you stick the string through. What I do is I start at the lower end notes (strings) I put three fingers under the Low E and A strings to see how much space I will need. I stick the string through the key like threading needle and then you turn it so that the strings face the inside. Then with the next two do the same thing but use two fingers. Same with the last two. I have known people to twist it around the key before putting it through the hole. I don't know it's up to you.

Put the pins back in before you coil the strings through the holes.
You really had no need to take them out in the first place.
Then just wind them round until the strings are in tune.
