Why Americans always want to buy American even when they are abroad??? Other countries also produces excellent food, medicine, etc....Or do you think that only American products are the "best"??? Definately not!

Try any Cold Storage stores (there is one at junction of Bukit Timah/Clementi Road). They have most things that are either from USA or what an American needs.

Try Mustapha in Little India - it has a very wide range of products from all over the world, including pharmaceutical products and toiletries. When we were looking for real natural maple syrup (as opposed to the manufactured flavoured stuff), we were very disappointed with the limited ranges in the usual supermarkets, including those frequented by western expats; however, we were most pleasantly surprised to see at least 10 different brands of maple syrup and some were imported from the USA and Canada too. The last time I went there, I even spotted Oreos and Hersheys that had been directly imported from the USA. But it's best to go there either very very late at night (it's open 24 hours) or on a weekday as it can get extremely crowded on weekends.
