I find it disconcerting that people don't question the following logic:

* Trident can be used to strike any other country
* We are supposedly fighting an enemy that has no geographical home base to speak of
* Therefore is it bloody useless to have these missiles so long as you're talking about terrorists and not sovereign nations.

No Trident is a potential mass murder weapon.

I think the gov should be done for intention to cause multiple murder,of whoever the missiles are pointing at!

Is more to do with making certain people richer by giving them the contracts to build all this stuff.

And in doing so certain government officials get ££ in return.

More to do with greasy palms!! You can try to clean up the opposition with it so I guess its just a detergent!!

i think its more about the uk not being a target.............if we didn't have such weapons we could not defend ourselves properly against such an attack........
