If the man is healthy, then the semen is 100% clean and healthy. Spit is very unhealthy the human mouth is a cesspool of bacteria and germs. That is why you must always practice good oral hygiene. brush often and use mouth wash daily.

I feel seamen is much cleaner if the person is healthy .
Spit can have lots of bateria might be because we dont brush our teeth properly .

Semen should be completely clean, if you don't have some kind of infection. The inside of a persons mouth is filled with all kinds of bacteria.
