Get a cotton handkerchief and rub gently.
If that doesn't work, get it replaced.

use a lanse cloth.if it is scratched go to a gun shop an get a lense pen that will fill in the scratches.

be gentle to yourself - we all have moments like that
use the proper soft camera cloth to clean it
