If you are not in any kind of diet or you haven`t reduced the normal amount of food you are eating then I think it could be just water.
Hormonal changes occur in our bodies and have effects like that sometimes!
Now this could be happening if you were sad or anxious in the whole duration of this week!

could be water weight you lost, but usually to be safe you should lose 1-2 lbs a week.

i started dieting 8 weeks ago and i lost 7 lbs in my first week, dont worry about it, unless your not attempting to diet. then if it carries on go see you G.P.....
