Zero percent. You need 67 voted in the Senate to convict. There Democrats have only 50. Moreover, impeachment would backfire against the Democrats. There are a lot of policies that need tending, and people would say they're obsessing on the impeachment for revenge, and all the while letting the nation go to hell. It won't happen.

Before the 2006 midterms, maybe, but the longer we allowed the corrupt, Power/Greedy motive elected leaders treat us the people with total contempt, promising outrages crap (with a smirking Mocking contempt of the Americans WHO put him in office (At least symbolically )as truth is the 2000 elections were stolen.Making a laughing stock of us the world over.

the odds are nil

making bad decisions based on bad information insn't an impeachable offense. in fact, i don't think that any of the accusations being made as impeachable offenses can be proven anyway.

not to mention that the democrats in Congress would be shooting themselves in the foot by pursuing impeachment. if the democrats want to retain power in Congress and win the White House in '08 - they need to just let Bush finish out his term and go peacefully into the good night.

I think it serve our country and people to know all the facts that are being kept from us. If impeachment comes from it, it will send a message to every president that they are not above the law.

In our country we do not impeach presidents for petty matters such as starting wars, deleting the Constitution and profiteering. We do it when serious moral-ethical lapses occur such as getting a B.J.
