It's a struggle through the week because you know you have to work or go to school for the next 8 hours or so.
At the weekend though you obviously dont have work!!!
Also u wake up earlybecause of your body clock, your body is used to waking up early, so when the weekend comes u wake up early!!!

Actually, I don't have that problem. My problem is I don't sleep enough during the week. I end up sleeping far too much on the weekend rather than getting my chores and recreational tasks done. Have a good weekend!!!

I've no idea, but I wish someone would invent something to remind my children not to get up at 6.30am on Sat and Sun - the rest of the week we struggle to get them out of bed at 7.30! No chance of a lie in for Mummy and Daddy!

We have internal clocks, sadly they seem to work their best on the weekends, I think it is because we have so many fun things to do on the weekends. It creates excitement and when a person is excited you tend to wake up sooner, remember Christmas morning as a child?

No, I struggle to get up every day. Problem is, my kids suffer from your problem. I can't get them up on a school day but at the weekend when I want my lie in - they get up an hour earlier than a school day. It's horrible.

habbit. Once you get used to waking up the same time every day, your body gets used to the routine.
