Why is it that when I turn on my voltage and my CPU, my monitor doesn't?

Acutally this is what happens. I turn on my computer. It works perfectly until I log in and then it hangs so I restart my computer and when I restart it my monitor doesn't open and the yellow light is blinking slowly like how it normally is when you turn off your monitor. What should I do? Please give accurate answers ASAP!!!

Sounds like faulty driver. Try starting in safe mode (Tap F8 while computer boots) and see if it works OK then, if it does it's a driver problem for sure and the easiest thing to do is re-install all the driver disks you have for the computer.

If it doesn't start in Safe mode, try re-seating memory and any PCI cards you have in there.
