You are trying to work out an experience you had with such people because it has become of relevance again in your everyday life. Try to think how that old experience with these people is relevant again to your present.

I keep doing this too. Maybe something sub consiously triggers a memory of that person, e.g. a phrase or smell or manerism. Maybe if you meet someone new or start a new job that can bring some kind of memory.
I started thinking a lot about my best friend from school when I started a new job a few years ago. I couldn't work it out then I remembered that her mum had worked in the same industry that I am.
I also began thinking of another old friend whilst in the pub a while ago and then porperly noticed that they sold what was our favourite drink of the time.

The night before my wife went in hospital to have our baby,I had a dream about a old friend who had died in a accident over 10 years earlier all I can remember is him talking to me right up close. I think it happens because you are taking stock of your live.

You are a recluse living in Outer Mongolia with one laptop. Buy a air ticket online and come back into the real world.
On second thoughts stay where you are.

You are unhappy in your present time and you are looking into the past for salvation which is a place where it can never be found.

The past has only one use, so you can learn from it. Don't go back there though. It will most likely be painful.

Awww...it simply means you miss them:)
Get contacts. And maybe you've got intuitions on which they might actually be having trouble.
