give me a reason why money not ensure happiness in life??

If you hate yourself. If you have no dreams, no hobbies, no loved ones, nothing that interests you, nothing that you like, no desire to do anything, then no amount of money can help you.
If you love yourself, others or anything at all then money gives you the opportunity to spend time with those you love & make the most of your life. Instead of working hard at a job you hate just to earn enough money to eke out a living.
Just my opinion! I guarantee you if I won the lottery I would be happy! I promise! If anyone wants to give me a couple of million dollars to test my theory, feel free! Tee hee!

It all depends on the person, really. For some people, if they win something like a 100 million dollar lottery jackpot, they might be happy for the rest of their life. For other people, they get more satisfaction out of life by earning everything they have through their own blood and sweat. If money makes you happy, then there is no reason why it doesn't ensure happiness in life, but for some people material things are not everything....

If your problems can't be rid of with more money, then of course you're not goign to be happy once you get it. The problem is, people think they know what they want. They really don't. For some though, money does ensure happiness. It would ensure my happiness, because if I had more then I could get treatment.

well gee, i live in a fairly nice house, but im not exactly thrilled with life now am i?
obviously it doesnt ensure happiness for me

Your stateent is absolutely true.
The reason is, money in itself can bring many problems, not knowing who to trust .. do they want me just for my money? worries about spending or losing money, being swindled.
And a lot of the wonderful things in life, money cannot buy. Maybe you can buy the illusion of them or only temporary, but for example money will not absolutely guarantee: sunshine, love, security, peace of mind, company of people you love, confidence, i could go on. .....................

its true. only peace and mental satisfaction make ur life happy. we all try to get it. some r in creative way and some r in destructive way.

because i see too many rich people who are misserable...if your not happy while poor,,,i dont think you will be any happier when you are rich...
