all soda is harmful! but at least sprite is caffeine free. if you truly want to be healthier skip soda and drink water.

It is Sprite that is healthier then Coca Cola and you can check nutrion facts on the sites on most sodas or on the back of the bottle and Pepsi is healthier then Coca Cola too because Coco Cola has caffine in it and diet of any soda does sometimes have drugs in it. Fanta or Sprite would be most healthy, but I don't really reccomend any soda the most I will drink mostly is like a Capri Sun or a Kool Aid or Hi-C or some kind of juice drink or just plain water or milk unless I'm at a party, but even then I don't drink much soda and I bearly go to any parties because my family lives so far away.

Sprite is supposed to be going all natural like 7 UP did, so i would think that Sprite is the most healthy out of Coke, Sprite and Pepsi. I think Coke and Pepsi are the same... but you never hear anything of Pepsi being used to loosen bolts, etc like Coke can. Either way- i'd go with Sprite! It's best tasting anyways. (:

None of these drinks are unhealthy if you choose sugar-free or diet. Colas are actually beneficial because they contain potassium, which makes you feel stronger and refreshed. If you are going to drink more than one, choose caffeine-free. To much caffeine can make some people hyper. Coke and Pepsi taste a little different, but their ingredients are basically the same. Sprite has no caffiene and is thought to relieve nausea and some cold symptoms.

Sprite is healthier. Cola is bad for the bones, or so says my fiance.
I think it's safer to drink sprite, because fanta has artificial flavoring and coloring. Didn't you ever ask yourself why you get an orange tongue drinking fanta but not by drinking real orange juice?
I think pepsi and coke are the same.

None of them are healthy in any true sense. If you want to drink something healthier, try the diet drinks. I work for Coke and I know we have A LOT of things that are better than Classic-Minute Maid juices, Dani water, Odella products, and so on. Pepsi is the same way but I tend to lean toward Coke when it comes to my beverages...Wonder why???? Good luck!!!!

Sprite is "healthier" (none of them are healthy) than Coke.

Sprite lacks caffeine as well as dyes whereas Coke has both caffeine and caramel-dye additives.

I don't know about Pepsi, but Sprite is definitely healthier because it is caffeine free.

ok well coke has caffiene but sprite is absolutely loaded and i mean loaded with suger, so i guess you gotta weigh it up... not sure about fanta... and pepsi has more sugar than coke.... but if you want the healthiest option just stick with water
