when is there going to be another psp firmware because fw 3.11 was not that good??

can someone tell me when another psp firmware is coming out iv been wanting to know???

When someone find a security hole in 3.11 so they can use it to downgrade their PSP to 1.50.

Most of the time the update is in response to this. 3.10 is released right after someone find ways to downgrade 3.03 to 1.50.
