I'd like to have a pet, I love small dogs, but my parents hate dog smell and hair all over the house. If they are too young and pee on the floor, even worse. I don't like cats at all, I'm scared of cats. What else you advice me to get? To be easy to take care of, also...Thanks.

Well, you have a number of options. You could try a Chinchilla. I used to own one. They are pretty easy to take care of and don't smell at all. They are very soft and if you get one young enough, they are very easy to tame. They are in the rodent family, but look nothing like a rat. They are about the size of a rabbit. You keep them in a cage, but if you are careful, you can let them run free while you are in the room with them.
Another animal would be a rabbit. Rabbits are also fairly easy to take care of.
If you want a dog, why not look into a Pomeranian or other small toy breed. Mini poodles and pugs are easy to care for if if you brush and bathe them regularly, you won't have much smell or hair. Get an adult about 2 years old or so that is already house broken and you won't have to worry about the peeing on the floor thing.
Hope these ideas helped...
