Career success depends on many other factors too, including an individual's interpersonal skills, personality style, problem-solving abilities, aptitude for learning, personal motivation, determination, and much more. no it doesn't guarantee anything. It will definately help, but the history o your actions, your attitude and motivation coupled with your education make you a prime candidate. I would rather have an employee who only went to grade ten but is enthusiastic, willing to learn and driven to please customers than one who had a Masters degree in "So What", a grappy attitude and was unreliable.
