There are a couple misspellings on your page (proffesionals should be professionals) you have used the word "for" when you need "to".
To list on google, yahoo, you need strong keywords, a link from another site and you can try submitting your sitemap to google for verification. Go to google and search on "webmasters tools" and you will find the info you need.

You have no pictures. Pictures are nice to look at. Go to istock or dreamstime to get some cheap topic related pictures.
As far as optomization goes, you have no meta tag. Meta tags should directly relate to the words within the page. They take a percentage of concideration from the web spiders in page relavance.
You should participate in link exchanges. Link exchanges will allow you to get higher google page rank. They should be with pages that discuss similar topics that you do within your page. Just the link to your site above will help a little. The search engines will see a link to your site from a relavant site. One doesnt cut it though. You need thousands to make a big difference. You can hide a link on your website to the link exchange page by making it the same color font as the background so you dont trash up your page.

Hey I have an idea.It's pretty radical. Why not add some decent content rather than building a MFA (made for adsense) Site. Just a thought ! As an advertiser it annoys me that there are sites like this displaying google ads.
ps:before you hit the abuse button just remember I can get your'e site banned from google quicker than you can say.
