1. The contractor will be more efficient (fleet management being their primary business) and you will not have to deal with repairs and maintenance of equipment, saving you costs in the long-term.

2. Your company will avoid liability in case of injuries or damages as a result of fleet operations, the contractor being primarily liable.

3. Contracting out services will result in a redundancy of some of your employees, a valid reason for terminating their services which will save on costs and avoid labor problems.

You dont have to spend that HUGE amount of money buying the fleet yourself and keeping it running

i have a great idea on this problem DON'T OUTSOURCE KEEP IT IN AMERICA HIRE QUALITY WORKERS AND BE AMERICAN BUY AMERICAN
