When we sleep, our body is asleep, so who sees?

The world we live in is full of layers. So is our "body". What we consider as a solid living tissue is really not just so. there's a bit more to the body than meets the eye.

The body has 3 layers: the physical body, the mind and the super-conciousness (known as many things in different systems of beliefs). When the body sleeps, the mind's rested but the super-conciousness is ever awake.

dear brother ur subconciousness is always awake like a computer PC fed in its memory and that is why u see dreams at times expierience nightmare!!!!u will wake up go to bathroom return to bed twitch around,suddenley u will see wierd scenarios like a flash which u may try to recall but won't collect even if u try hard..u know who really sleeps the baby and the tired labour rest all are awake in some form due to their action of their day to day activities..I forgot to add the holy persons with certain strong principles they do sleep with pleasant dreams with a smile on their face.who sees?yes ur subconciousness it will stay awake till you die!!!!

During your sleep, u come to rem sleep level periodically. that means that you are out of deep sleep level and subconscious mind prompts alertness to your environments.

When you were awake, you should have taken adequate precaution for a safe sleep. Be alert while awake, you can sleep well. Thus your sleep is your own reward.
