You ever killed anything?

I guess i've killed insects and think that's about it. Anyone out there done full on rabbitcide etc?

I've killed animals for food many times in my life. I've shot Ferrel dog packs outside of Fairbanks in the 70s. But I never committed murder for blood lust. Some unfortunately just enjoy the kill, or use the smaller creatures for targets to see what the weapon will do. But being well out of town, not going to town but once so far this year. I do it as you would going shopping, only I have to clean my own mess. At home I've had moose feed on saplings, and drink water from under my eavs. I consider them as neighbors, I know them. And they know they'll leave unmolested. But I can't recall taking life by malice, or for fun.

actual definitely everyone has killed some thing by employing the shere fact of their life. respiration and stream kills issues. You inhale organisms interior the air which make it into your physique and die there using fact they cant get out. You kill bugs by employing walking, whether you do no longer actual see them. Vegans even kill- flowers are alive. and whether they weren't the bugs that have been on those flowers whilst they have been harvested have been. So yeah, I even have killed. A frog, when i was 5. I used to have these encylopedia type books that showed the inside of flowers and machines and even animals section by section. So i hit it with a brick to see if it looked the same inside as it did in the book. A natural curiosity but cruel all the same.

Well...
One time I caught a frog, broke it's legs, and fried it's brain with a magnifiying glass.
I hit a bird in the face with a paintball and broke it's neck.
I watched a rat get caught in a mousetrap that I set, plus the standard bugs.
I almost killed my neighbors dog, moslty because I missed.

I am 16.

Insects, fish, birds, rabbits, squirrels, deer, a few steers for food, hogs, sheep------I could go on. Anyone here who has ever eaten meat has indirectly killed something. Good luck with that bit of news.

It is a good question but I love nature so I don't kill. Biggest kill was a mackerel sea fish which I fried and ate.

Be careful if driving and swering to avoid animals - sometimes its best to hit them than swerve into oncoming traffic or the pavement/pedestrians.

You should have asked this question earlier when US was awake.... they will shoot anything that moves. My US mate has a US farm by a forest and a wooden deer outside.. with big signs all around his property for no shooting in this area. His wooden deer is fully shot up.

Like you, only the occasional annoying insect, flies and wasps mostly and the odd beetle or two. Did I say Beatle? The cause of the death of Rock and Roll....!

I grew up on a farm. I have shoot pigs. trapped possums(NZ),
and probably a hundred cane toads while driving (not all in the same day.

Now that I have read all the previous answers am I meant to feel bad because I am the only one here that has killed something bigger than a fish???

You'll hate me for this, apparently when I was about two years old, I got a hold of my pet hamster and squeezed it too tightly and it died, I have no memory of this, but I still feel guilty about it. Never killed anything else except insects.
