I wish this country GB had had the guts to keep the death sentence like some states of the US.Since it has been abolished the number of murders(especially by released murderers ) has increased. It is obvious that murderers prefer 'life' in prison (it doesn't even mean prison for life either) to the gallows..check how many Americans try to plea-bargain to get off an execution.
I think the death penalty for (PROVEN) serial,police and child
killers should be brought back, but this soft country cow-tows to the 'human rights' lobby and refuses to listen to the views of the electorate and hold a referrendum.(Most are pro death penalty)
May the sensible states retain their ultimate punishment,don't follow the liberal namby pamby others.

None of those, I already have the right to freedom an democracy.

I also have the right to subsidised education and healthcare, which I don't believe is the norm in the states.

Canada is my home, born here and love it here.
I have all that here, so not really anything there.
But you have lots of friendly, hard working , caring people.
Alot like Canada in comparison. Now some people may not want to see or believe that but this is just my opinion.

what i saw, am seeing and will see of places like guantanamo, iraq, afghanistan and so on you can't really tell me that this is spreading of human rights?
when us soldiers in iraq are forced to keep on fighting, when surgeons are forced to see corpses and stuff every minute even though they are seriously instable in the mind and really need time off, when these people kill themselves on drugs or are high when they try to rescue their best friends because without drugs they can't stand it, DO YOU CALL THIS GOOD HUMAN RIGHTS???? THIS IS MORE INHUMAN THAN MOST THING I AVER HAVE HEARD OF!! FOR ALL I KNOW AMERICA IS THE WESTERN ECONNOMICAL EVOLVED COUNTRIES THAT IS KICKING HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE FACE THE HARDEST!
