Putting eyeliner on your inner rim can make your eyes seem smaller than they are. If you insist, I suggest a self-sharpening pencil. Liquid liner can leak into your eyes, causing debris and black goop to collect in your tear glands.

The most important thing is to get a pencil, not liquid liner if you're using it for the inner rims. Covergirl is good, especially the one withe the smudger at the end, it's what I used to use. When you've got a bit more money to spend, it's a good idea to splurge (a little!) on things like brushes and eye make up. Because your eyes carry so much bacteria in them you shouldn't share eye make up. I'd recommend benefit bad gal or they're regular eye liner when you can afford it. They're both creamy and stay put for hours. It's worth the splurge.

putting eye liner on your inner eye rim can cause tearduct problems the best thing to do to smudge the liner into your lash line. Has the same effect only not so harsh on your eyes . Plus putting it there will only stay for about 30 minutes, then will run into your lash line, so mine as well start from the lashes. I use Mayblline very black with the smudge brush on the end. Works great.

Lining your inner rims really isn't the way to go: it can be bad for your eyes, plus it won't last as long that way. However, I've found Rimmel to be the best eyeliner as far as the cheaper brands go. It applies easily and lasts a long time.

Ok to answer your question first, they have an eye liner, NYC at walgreens and walmart type stores, it is really cheap but lasts.. and second, not to be mean but the inner rims isnt a good look on anybody. It makes your eyes look tiny, lots of eye goop, and bacteria can give you infections.....

Liquid works perfect extremely on the factor of your lash line on your larger lid because of the fact it will thicken it. different liners are stable on the interior rims of your lids or precise next on your lash line on the two the suitable or backside.
