Depends on the organization I would think. I know there is the Hyatt Legal Plan that is offered where I work. You pay a certain amount each month and can get free or lower cost legal services when you choose to use it.

Which one is it? I am with prepaid legal, but ours is not $250. We have been around for over 34 years and are endorsed by people like attorney generals. We are also featured in many magazines and we are publically traded on the NYSE.
