Not all people are the same. From whatever race, culture or part of the world you come from, nobody is the same.
Who are you referring to?... the Asian girls you're working with or Asian girl's in general...
Asians, I'd say are confident people... they are proud of their culture and beliefs. Their roots have a strong hold on them. So wherever they may go, they take along with them that confidence. They are smart people too... they know if they are liked or disliked and they can adjust to this circumstances.(but like I said, not every body's the same)
These Asians you're referring to, couldn't it be possible that you have misinterpreted them? Self-confidence may be mistaken for arrogance. Try to get to know them better before you judge them... they could be fun to be with and you can learn more about them that perhaps would make you understand them better.

Depends what you mean by 'asian'. The term could cover any nationality from Pakistani to Japanese to Pacific Islanders.
My personal preference, being a typical caucasian, is for the girls from the Philippines.
I love the 'asian' features, the skin-tone, the youthful appearance, the girlish 'looking younger than they are' features. Gorgeous.
Sadly, not too many of them are convinced that I am in love with them. Maybe that's a good thing!
Loving the US is not high on MY list of priorities. Having an attractive character is.
Filipina wife. Filipina girl-friend.

For someone who seems to hate asian women, you sure ask alot of questions about them.
And can you be sure that those asian girls at your work think you like them just because their asian, have you asked them directly? Don't jump to conclusions and start making up things, it's sounds like it's all in your head. Don't think you know everything about asians. What i don't get is if you hate arrogance so much why are you showing it so well in you questions.

SOmeone told them there's a lot of Asians in porno, so now they think everyone is obsessed with Asians. Some guys are.
Also, if they are Japanese, they actually do believe they are obviously superior to everything you have ever seen that is not Japanese. It would seem insane to them that you would not be obsessed with their beauty.
Nah, I gotta be honest. I made that second part up.
Edit: This has nothing to do with the question, but I needed to say it. People, "disrespect," is a noun. To make it a verb, you have to add words, "Show disrespect." You can't "disrespect" someone. You can, "show disrespect for," someone. (Learned English as a third language.)

Smart people don't stereotype entire races. Treat every man or woman like an individual. Maybe you work with a few stuck up biatches, plenty of them out there.

I read some of your other questions.
So you're black? Because I only see questions and answers disrepecting Whites and Asians.

For the idiot right below me, "I'm neither".
I'm not a Mexican or a Latino.

yeap.. a lot of asian girls are so arrogant and bitchy because they think they attract a lot of people. most of them are not pretty or hot at all but they pretend to be. they are so typical that you can find them anywhere regardless asian americans or asian asians!!
