implantation bleeding?

well.....i was 1 week late on my period. I came on my period and it was very light. the next 2 days it got a little heavy but still not as much. just the blood looked like it got red instead of pinkish looking. and then it just started to spot..and now its off it (only lasted for 3 days before it started spotting) normal period 7 days. went off in 5 days...... could this be implantation bleeding?

I had a slight bleed when i was six weeks, it was more when i went to the toliet and wiped myself it was pinkish on the paper, but didn't bleed enough to be shown in my knickers.
I phoned the doctor and had an early scan which was last Wednesday and all is fine, they say sometimes you can have a bleed. Did you get tummy cramps with the bleed ? If you are worried talk to your doctor and i'm sure their book you in for a scan and all will be fine.

Theres not really a 'yes' or 'no' answer. Reason for, is because we give our experiences, and knowledge to you, it will be hard to give you a straight answer.

It doesn't sound to be. Reason- because implantation is not always common. When women do get it, it normally happens 6-12 days past ovulation. Signs are pink/brown discharge, that normally lasts 1-2 days, some have had it longer. (Bleed is not normally red).

You don't need to use a tampon, or a sanitary towel for this.
