I find myself continually, and strongly attracted to men who are old enough to be my father, and nobody else. Is something wrong with me?

Being attracted to older men, especially as a female, could mean something more than personal preference. Usually women with either physically or mentally absent fathers look for older men to fit that "father figure" spot that they never recieved as a child. It is important that children be raised with a strong mother and father figure, and with boys, sometimes an absent mother can lead to attraction to older women as well.

In short it does happen. Sometimes people of greatly different ages are attracted to each other. My friends parents had a 30 year difference and the marriage worked well.

Why you are continually attracted to people old enough to be your father i can't say. If you are never attracted to people your own age then perhaps you need to work it through with a relationship counseller because that is unusual.

In the end the main thing is whoever you are with brings happiness to both of you, what others thing matters not.

Well it is all about preference. Some women like them young. So you might just be looking for security in older guys, but at the end of the day is personal choice like blond or brunette.
