ok...you ready for this? I am disabled so I sit in front of this computer more than most. It exercises my brain...I can reach out and converse with people...contributing is just that I contribute a lot in two categories...Philosophy and P/S...any day you want to trade places with me so that you too can have this orangie thing let's do it...I don't have a life...please, just contribute as much as you can and one day you too can be harassed for having one. It means nothing to me except remind me that I have little else to do. Go live a real life and enjoy. thank you, ellie

I think those top contributors put in lots of effort to earn the title. However, I think it is better to show it under the profile instead of display it as orange tag. The reason is that answersfrom top contirbutors may not always be better than answers from those who are not. It may influnence the decision to select for best answer which should purely based on the 'quality' of the given answer and nothing else.
Just an opinion.

Given the "quality" of my answers, I'm more amused by it than anything. If somebody wants to slap a badge on me for it, fine.
