I say the age of maturity comes whenever you:
a. take responsibility for your own actions.
b. can take care of yourself and others.
c. can speak to an adult on a variety of issues without making up facts, stories, etc.

Growing up is not an easy thing to do. It goes way beyond a license, a degree, a ring, a rugrat, or a regular gig. To me growing up means manifesting one's destiny. If this is true, then most of us never really do grow up; rather, we change the subject and act as if to dream is to remain in a juvenile state, even as we dance awkwardly through an unending adolescence.

what do you mean by "growing up"? just socially? or physically? or maybe neurologically? be more specific. there are many different components to growing up...

why don't you just do a Yahoo! search on it yourself, so that way you know what you're looking for? do your own homework.
