Ebay idiot is threatening me what can i do?
i was selling something on ebay and this guy won it but he never paid so i left him negative fedback, which he replyed that he was going to come to my house and f**k me over (his words) he also looked at what i had been buying and saw i had bought alot of maternity clothes he sent me another message saying this
"f*ck off sl*g hope your baby DIES with you ha ha ill see you soon !!
i have reported this to ebay but they do not seem to be doing anything, i am pregnant and have 2 small children i am terrified incase he does come over and hurt us what shall i do?

I concur.
Keep all the messages with the times and dates.
Crop nothing when printing out. Include all the hidden text that comes along with an email in the header. In case you don't know how to do this....
open the email, press Ctrl and U and it will show you everything.
or
Go to the VIEW menu at the top of your email program.
click on HEADERS,
then click on ALL.
Not got all the other stuff that Ctrl-U has but it will had the main details.
Then when you print the email you will get all the stats the police should need to trace the email etc.

Don't worry overly though. Most of these so-n-so's are all mouth just to give you the creeps.

This is disgusting behaviour from a man that doesn't sound like he's very smart. Why don't you go to the police. Print out the emails he's sent you and take them with you when you go to the police and let them have a look. I'm sure they'll be able to find an address for him and will likely pay him a visit and have a chat to him!!! The police will protect you and your children.

I would probably contact the police, who will contact ebay to get this persons address.
I would act quickly incase there is any chance he has your address. I would say that he probably wont do anything but better safe than sorry.
Also dont sell anything on ebay incase he has another account somewhere. Possibly set up another account yourself
With this kind of threat it will be taken seriously by the police.
I would also try to find out who regulates ebay and contact them, as this is a serious threat and should have been treated as such.

That's really horrible but try not to worry too much. Does he have your address? if not I don't see how he can come round. Also I'm sure it's just talk - the guys a total a rse but the world is full of them.
Certainly you can pass it on to the police but I'm not sure how seriously they'll take it.
I'm sure it'll be fine - I doubt anyone has ever been attacked over negative feedback on ebay.

Contact the police and report ebay also for not helping you this man should not be allowed to go on using this site he sounds a dangerous person

I would contact the police as he has made a threat to harm you!...they should take it seriously
The good thing about ebay is they do have his address and details stored.

Keep all the messages he has sent you. Go to the police and make a complaint. You cant let that arsehole get away with that.

wat a nutter! just get in touch with the policwe they will be able to get the info from ebay and track him down! i can understand y u are scared! do u live with partner? have u told him? hope u r not too worried! good luk :)
