I am so sorry to be able to say this, but - for a while, back in about 6th grade, I could be horrible and cruel. Some of the things I did could certainly be called bullying - I am so ashamed.
I went through a pretty big change maybe about two years later though, and right now I think I'm pretty darn far from bullying. So, if I'm evidence of this issue, bullies can get better!

Its hard to generalize a whole group of people. Cause you don't know why they even do it in the first place. Some have problems ate home so they take it out on others, some have their own fears but cant face them, some just do it because they can. What happens after wards depends. Some people get better, like eventually snap out of it. Some get a taste of their own medicine and either stop themselves or get worse. Some continue for their whole life and only resort into worse acts (robbery, homicide, theft). Some might even commit suicide because of guilt or shame.

See its endless. It all depends on the actual person inside. Its all a matter of if they want to change or not.

There are two types of bullies, the smart ones and the not so smart ones "dumb." The dumb ones eventually realize that after they get past eighteen that the police will stop them from having most of the fun that they had in the past and since they we're bright in the first place they'll end up anywhere from druggies to lower tier employment or the police force/military. (Unless they are good at sports and end up makings millions but its ok because they'll forget that their money stops coming in after 35 and probably spend their nest egg before 60.) The smart ones (in college you can find them in fraternities) they'll probably end up with a decent to nice job while using more sophisticated bullying tactics to get their own way. The moral to this is either way wondering what will happen to them does not influence your life (unless you are a bully yourself) so do not worry about it. Enjoy life to the fullest and do not worry about jerks like bullies.
