Darth Vader. He has the power of the darkside. He can probably shoot out those lightning bolt things and jack baur doens't have a light saber or the force to stop it.

Hmm Vader a lightsaber can deflect a bullet and Vader's armor is bullet proof so yeah Vader will be the better fighter.
