If your husband was inattentive to you for a while and you cheated on him for a few months, with one guy, and wound up pregnant, and then later had a miscarriage, but the whole time your husband thought it was his baby. After all that would you confess you had cheated, or just leave it like it is?

Also, husband's not inattentive now, and the marriage is happy again.

Well (being a married man, and knowing I would hate if she did that) I would say it depends...If he is going to get angry and think that when the times get tough you will just run out with some other guy...then maybe he shouldn´t know. If he is willing to change (like he already has) then maybe he should know. It is a sticky situation. You could lose something very important to you. And you might have to work hard to win him back, or have him forgive you. If you are willing to keep it honest from now on then tell him. If not, if you see that you could be doing this again, sticky situation. Being inattentive is one of my wife´s majors. And I never went out and cheated. Still, some people would rather take the easy way out. Just be careful, depends on what kind of husband he is. Good ones will be broken, bad ones hurt too. Good luck.

I think I would just leave it like that.
Why make a bad situation worse?
On another note, you should feel bad that he thinks he lost a child.
And just because your marriage wasn't going the way you wanted it doesn't give you the right to be unfaithful. What if he cheated and got that woman pregnant because the marriage was right at the time for him? How would you feel? Is it right?
Marriage is about sticking it out through the good and bad, if you can't handle that then get divorced.

Ask yourself how would you feel if he had done the cheating? Shame on you, you cant control your hormones long enough for your husband to work through whatever he was working through? I hope somebody tells him, he has a right to know and he deserves to know he's married to a cheater. What happened to morals in this country, geeeesssssshhhhh people please vows are forever not just till you get horny and something better comes along.

Honey just leave well enough alone. Just ask the Man above for forgiveness and move on. Just stop cheating on your husband!!! You don't need to be with him if you have to cheat.

No leave well enough alone and keep that one a secret and next time use some sort of protection so that nothing like this happens again.

You made a mistake and I hope have learnt from it. Only you can promise yourself it will never happen again. If you have decided it was an unrepeatable mistake you should keep it to yourself. If it is possible to happen again you should tell him and try to decide if you both want to go on with that possibility.

You sad, sick individual. This stuff ruins lives. You need to confess so he can put you out before you do it again.

If you loved your husband you'd give him the truth and let him make his own decisions based on that.
He thinks his child died. That's awful.
