I think the main point is to just see what you can accomplish and how far you can train your character. Then you can battle others and complete quests. You can also do business and take risks by deciding what will make a good profit or not.

well, some people think it's fun, and if everyone else is playing it you wanna play it too (it happens) and it's......cool? i don't see the point of Rune Scape anymore
