You need a detective and some evidence so when you file for divorce, you can rake in the money. You could do the detective work yourself... Follow him, take pictures, watch his every move... If you work then take some vacation time to do this but don't let him know. Make him think you're continuing with your everyday life. It'll lower his suspicion that you're following him or cheating on him. And trust me... A cheating man is going to be less trusting in his relationship because he automatically assumes that if he's cheating, you must be cheating too and despite the fact he has another woman, he's still going to be jealous.

I wouldn't be concerned about catching him.

Besides, confrontations like that can be dangerous and sometimes deadly.

It's enough to have proof of the flat and girlfriend for purposes of getting more money in the divorce!

Move on.

find out where the flat is and call the landlord to see if he would give you any information on it. Or visit the next door neighbors to see if they have seen him or just hire someone to follow him

is his name on the lease/rental agreement? is his name on any of the utilities. surely he isnt payin cash. check account statements, checkbook. phone records. be prepared with undeniable evidence or he will lie his way out.
