I might have to say that both matter to me only if the others are my family and close friends. The way we view are selves can be a little fuzzy, sometimes your friends and family are good to have around to clear or tune up the image. I think myself to be so many things in so many ways, but ones own image when reflected back by others will take on either a clarity or make the image more shadowed.
On the other hand the image may be distorted not by our own eyes but the eyes of others that are not family , and the reasons might not be fair or accurate. I try not to judge others since I have my own back yard to clean , and when I do judge it is with reason and fairplay , sometimes my temper does get the best of me when I know they are disrespecting me with no cause.

The way we view ourselves, however we should always try to make sure that we try to project ourselves in a positive way so that others will view us positively. Just as long as this does not conflict with who we really are..how we see ourselves. Easier said than done for me ;)

The way we view ourselves is the most important and for a good reason.
People will view us in a better light if we like ourselves. It makes us more pleasant to be around.
So, with saying that, liking ourselves kills 2 birds with one stone.

As for Carl. That's me. Hi.
I feel that it is important moreseo the way we view ourselves because knowing yourself can lead to great discoveries. Be they mental, physical, emotional, and even sexual. Explore each with yourself and you will be pleased.
I also feel that how others view me is also important, but not equal. They must feel secure, safe, and enjoy my presence. This way they would introduce me to others and then a new group of friends is created.
What matters to me the most is that others are happy because then I am happy. Are you happy. I hope so, because it would make me smile.
Oh yeah. Analyze this. :-D

The way we view the way others view us. Because we don't really know how others view us but the way we view ourselves can be affected by the way we think others view us.

the way we view ourselves, but if your shallow then its the second one.
in an ideal world, the first would be the most important but also how the people that are close to us view us is just as important.
that wasnt written very well but you get the idea lol

Both matter, but the only one that is really important is the way you view yourself, but it is not always that easy.

the way we view ourselves its the most important because we know our selves better then other people do... also people can always make a miss interpretation of our selves, some aren't very assertive and i think its important for our self of stem to love and take care of our selves
