hey, i am a guy so i don't have to worry about this stuff, but if u want advice there is Trifeme, an oral contraceptive which is a tablet u take once a day, but u need a prescription from a doctor :( If u feel uncomfortable get ur mum or friend 2 get it for u! Stuff abstinence!

are you talking about oral birth control. you take it at the same time each day. you choose what time a day that is most convenient for you. the amount of hormone in the pills depends on your needs, and what your doctor recommends.
